We offer adult yoga classes every Wednesday from 6.30-7.45pm with our yoga teacher Emily Grainger. These are held at the St. Sampson’s Church school hall. These classes are drop in for £10 and you don’t have to commit to the term.

Yoga classes are open to all abilities and focus on breath, flow and gentle stretching.

Please contact us if you would like to drop in to our yoga classes so we can ensure we have enough mats and spaces for everyone.

We aim to offer monthly yoga classes to all of our students as well as opportunities to learn during the school holidays. Yoga is a fantastic way for students to be in touch with their own bodies and to help with good posture. We have also run parent and child yoga classes in the past which were a great success so watch this space for future events.
